265 Mr. Kehoe asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if her attention has been drawn to the fact that in 1982 a Government-appointed team found that 14 children here who were brain damaged following receipt of the three in one vaccine injection had a reasonable probability of being adversely affected by the vaccine used; her plans to set up a tribunal to investigate the matter as promised; and the options which are open to the parents in question in terms of obtaining further compensation and an apology from the state for wrongdoing and negligence.
