PQ 221

264 Deputy Bernard Allen asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will reconsider his decision not to grant a certificate of naturalisation to a person (details supplied) in County Cork in view of the fact that this person is just under the one year continuous reckonable residency in the State immediately preceding the date of their application and that if he has to reapply he would be waiting a number of years before a decision will be made.
