Durkan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if he will re-examine the case of a person (details supplied) in County Longford in respect of whom a deportation order has been made but whose case also merits further consideration in view of the fact that many of his family and local community members in his homeland were executed and that there is considerable evidence to suggest that his life is in danger if he returned to his homeland; if the deportation order will be revoked pending a full investigation, notwithstanding the previous assessment of the case and keeping in mind that considerable change in circumstances has taken place since 2004; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
