Durkan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality further to Parliamentary Questions No. 172 of 20 September 2012 and No. 195 of 15 November 2012, if, in view of the fact that a person (details supplied) in County Kildare was legally in this country on foot of a work permit for more than five years and they were employed in the public sector, if he will give further consideration other than that already stated to their case; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
