213 Mr. O’Dowd asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if the HSE, formerly known as the regional health boards, has since the year 2000, found breaches of the nursing homes care and welfare regulation which requires every registered proprietor or the person in charge of a nursing home to make adequate arrangements for the recording, safekeeping, administering and disposal of drugs and medicines on a county basis; the action taken as a result in each case; if the same breaches were subsequently noted in further inspections in the same homes; the action taken in each case; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
