Deputy Brendan Smith asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No. 651 of 15 November 2016, if persons applying under the sheep fencing scheme TAMS II who had their applications rejected due to not having sheep at the time of submitting the application will have their applications reviewed with a view to approval if they have sheep on the holding prior to the approval of a payment claim; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
