297 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Health and Children if her attention has been drawn to the fact that the Health Service Executive has yet to implement the decision of the Labour Court regarding on-call payments to perfusionists, despite that decision having been made 18 months ago; if her attention has further been drawn to the fact that the HSE, despite having made an undertaking to do so by 30 July 2006, has not yet responded to proposals put forward by perfusionists regarding the way it will implement that May 2005 Labour Court recommendation; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
