Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs when legislation on the time for burning will be completed; and if the time will be extended to 31 March 2017, in view of wet and damp weather prevailing, as further delays will lead to overgrowth and risk of fire spreading in future years.
