Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection if she will provide direction to ensure that emergency needs payments are readily considered to support those in direct provision centres to move on in view of the fact that homeless HAP is not available in most counties and therefore there is a no possibility for those leaving direct provision to access or save the standard market requirement of a month rent in advance.
