Deputy Noel Grealish asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs if she has satisfied herself that the consideration and advice supplied by her Department in a foreshore lease application (details supplied) meets statutory obligations with regard to the implementation of environmental EU and national laws, in view of the fact that 555 members of the public made submissions, the vast majority expressing serious concerns regarding non-compliance with environmental legislation; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
