Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government further to Parliamentary Questions Nos. 130, 135 and 136 of 29 September 2016, the number of local authority homes in each local authority for each of the years 2011 to 2015, inclusive, in tabular form; the corresponding number of annual boiler services that have been carried out in these same local authority homes; if he is satisfied that local authorities are fulfilling this specific aspect of their legal requirements as landlords; the steps he will take in order to ensure full compliance by the State and the local authorities as the largest landlord in the country; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
