356 Mr. Morgan asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources the plans he has to ensure An Post maintains rural post offices and provide services for rural communities; if rural post offices, such as the one at Kilkerley, County Louth where there are no other offices available to the community, will be kept open to offer a proper service to that community; and if he will introduce legislation to ensure these essential services are maintained in rural Ireland.
