Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 708 of 28 January 2014, if he will conduct a comprehensive audit of the hepatitis C tribunal in relation to the specific issue of the €100 million surplus which accumulated in two years; if he guarantees to the Oireachtas that no mishandling of public moneys has occurred; and if he will agree to provide the health committee with full access to all records of the tribunal which can show that this surplus was used on award payments.
