Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if a risk assessment has been conducted to determine the risks to the integrity, and security of the national collection in the National Library of Ireland; if she is satisfied that the national collection, in the conditions it is currently stored, is adequately protected from damage by fire, water, degradation, oxidation, biological agents, fungi, heat and light; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
