Deputy John McGuinness asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection if all of the information submitted by a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny, relative to that person's appeal for disability allowance, and the information submitted by this Deputy and acknowledged on the 26 February 2015, was considered in the context of that appeal; if an oral hearing will be granted in the case, as some information requested by her Department's official is not available, as it is quite dated and the person has done his best to comply with requests for information.
