269 Mr. Noonan asked the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the prospect of re-opening a company (details supplied) and the creation of 100 jobs is receding; if his attention has further been drawn to the fact if the liquidator proceeds with the sale of the machinery at the plant on an ex situ basis, the plant will not reopen; if, in recognition of the importance of the 100 jobs to the region, he will appoint a facilitator; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
