302 Mr. McHugh asked the Minister for Health and Children the measures to be put in place by the Health Service Executive to accommodate people who had given up employment to pursue a PhD in Clinical Psychology at NUIG with the promised financial support of the HSE, who have withdrawn that support due to accreditation difficulties which have existed for the past three years during which time the HSE continued to fund participants; the way the HSE will compensate the people who gave up positions with the expressed support of the HSE who subsequently withdrew that support leaving the people without jobs or a course; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
