Durkan asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if all locations of pyrite or mica have been identified throughout the country; if the local authorities have been informed or involved in the resolution; if the construction industry, the insurance sector, architects or an organisation (details supplied) or other bodies are involved in the resolution and remediation in line with the concepts of premier home bond or other home protection insurance provision; if all the potentially involved agencies are now making contribution towards remediation; if any further sites throughout the country are likely to be the subject of remediation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
