Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection if her attention has been drawn to the fact that a person (details supplied) who was deemed to be in receipt of jobseeker's allowance for less than 391 days and who was assessed as ineligible for the purposes of determining eligibility for fuel allowance was previously on enterprise allowance for a considerable period of time before returning to jobseeker's allowance; if this can be reviewed in totality in terms of their eligibility for the 391 day period; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
