Deputy Maureen O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Finance further to a Parliamentary response in relation to the liquidation of the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation in which he states the following (details supplied), his views on the concerns regarding several law firms and IT suppliers that were paid apparently because they had threatened they would withdraw their services; if this is the case, the way in which it was justified that assets be moved from the employees to the creditors; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
