223 Mr. O’Dowd asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children the reason the HSE decided, after inspection, not to recommend the transfer of Leas Cross residents to certain other nursing homes in the Dublin area; the breaches of regulations found at these further homes and to name these homes; if these homes are registered homes under the Health Acts and if they continue to be so registered; if there are public patients resident in these homes and if they will now be moved to other homes; if there are subvented patients, if they will now be advised to move and, if not, the reason therefor.
