246 Deputy Willie Penrose asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs if his attention has been drawn to the complex review process by way of substantial forms, which community service programme providers have to complete in order to seek a review of their allocations notified for 2010 which is a significant imposition upon the individual projects; if his further attention has been drawn to the impact of the abolition of the non-wage grant, which will represent an onerous imposition upon the projects, where such non-wage expenditure was used to assist in the detailed compliance which such projects had to undertake and which also paid for insurance, licences, staff training, compliance with employment law; if the reduction for each individual project will be reviewed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
