271 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason a person (details supplied) in County Kildare who had a stroke cannot be transported to rehabilitation in Dún Laoghaire for speech therapy owing to the fact that transport is not provided by the health board in the afternoons; his views on whether that is fair to the person, who has now missed their first appointment owing to that rule; if he will investigate the matter with a view to providing transport for the person; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
