Deputy Jackie Cahill asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he will discuss with Iarnród Éireann the possibility of providing a morning train serving Thurles and Limerick junction to arrive in Kent Station, Cork at approximately 8 a.m. in view of the fact that the first train to arrive in Cork is the 9.30 a.m. service and does not accommodate rail customers who begin work from 8.30 a.m.; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
