Durkan asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the reason a person (details supplied) has been refused a back to work enterprise allowance in view of the confirmation of the Revenue Commissioners to the effect that they were not self-employed in the past and have been in receipt of jobseeker's allowance for the past two years; if the case will be examined with a view to awarding payment; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
