Deputy Eoin Ó Broin asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage if he will set out the operation of the realisation event and long stop date as set out in section 18 of the Affordable Housing Act 2022, with specific reference to whether local authorities will be required to issue realisation notices prior to the long stop date expiring; and whether realisation notices can be issued after the long stop date has expired and where none of the other grounds specified are grounds for the issuance of the realisation notice.
