258. Deputy Tony McLoughlin asked the Minister for Health his views on the fact that in 2018 it was announced that Pembrolizumab would be licensed in April 2018 for NSCLC patients however his Department and the HSE attached a narrow window of eligibility as it is a requirement that the tumour has a PD-L1 expression of over 50%; if this requirement can be reduced to bring it in line with similar drugs such as Nivolumab; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
