Deputy Paul Murphy asked the Minister for Health if she is aware of a complaint relating to the sale of seriously out-of-date Christmas puddings which were retailing at a supermarket (details supplied) in Navan from mid-November of 2024 to early January of 2025; and if she will order a public recall of these items and demand that the supermarket is investigated, detailing how this happened and ensuring that there are no further food safety issues not yet reported.
