Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government further to Parliamentary Question Nos. 221 and 228 of 15 November 2018, if the incident as outlined in Parliamentary Question No. 221 will be discussed at the next quarterly meeting between his officials and the local authority in question; if his attention has been drawn to other boundary issues concerning dwellings and business premises that back onto the project from the main street area; the course of action he can take if his officials raise concerns with him following the quarterly meeting in respect of the project his Department is funding; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
