324 Ms Shortall asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will investigate with the Eastern Regional Health Authority the reason a person (details supplied) has only been offered an appointment in January 2003 when they were first diagnosed with prostrate trouble and referred to the hospital over 14 months ago; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that this appointment has already been postponed to a later date in January; if he will ensure that at the very least this appointment will not be rescheduled again; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
