324 Deputy Joan Burton asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will confirm that property management companies are to be legislated for with a single Bill rather than three separate Bills, as had been previously indicated with respect to the comments made by An Taoiseach in Dáil Éireann on 12 November 2008 regarding management companies; when he expects the heads of this Bill to be drafted; if he will commit to having the Bill published and enacted before the end of July 2009; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
