Durkan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the reason a person (details supplied) appears to continue to be unqualified for regularisation of the person's residency status including entitlement to stamp 4, which the person held previously; if provision will be made for the person's child, who is a holder of a medical card and in respect of whom an issue has been raised by the educational authorities regarding entitlement to a specific fee consideration; if it is recognised that other members of the person's family have received favourable consideration in respect of residency status; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
