325 Deputy Jack Wall asked the Minister for Education and Science the position in relation to the provision of a new school (details supplied) in County Kildare, in view of the serious concerns expressed by parents in relation to a number of factors that are seriously affecting the children and teachers at present in the existing school; if her Department has the final responsibility in relation to the health and safety factors; if so, the action her Department will take in the short term to address this matter; if the rectification of such serious issues is dependent on when the new school is to be built; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
