Deputy Marie Sherlock asked the Minister for Health the reason over 1,000 documents relating to maternal and neonatal safety, including all maternity safety statements from 2015 to mid-2025, which were previously published in their own section of the HSE website, are no longer publicly accessible in that format since January 2026; whether this change reduces transparency and the ability of independent researchers to spot warning signs in maternity outcomes; if she will direct the HSE to restore a complete and publicly accessible archive of these statements in one place, and when; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
