Deputy Tom Fleming asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he will examine correspondence (details supplied) and address the anomalies which are delaying the valid application for registration of a property with Fáilte Ireland, in view of the fact that this property is a four star holiday home registered with Fáilte Ireland for the past nine years, registration is only required for 2015, and this house is in full compliance with all structural regulations and planning permission; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
