Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if she plans to act immediately on findings and recommendations in the final report from the State-wide review process; and if not, if she plans to wait until 1 May 2019 to publicly implement such recommendations as may arise in view of the annualised basis of the current derogation declaration whereby it is renewed circa 1 May each year.
