347 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if her attention has been drawn to the case of a person (details supplied); if she is satisfied with the treatment of this person, especially having regard to the case previously settled and the compensation received arising from allegations that the person was bullied; if it was part of the settlement that the person was not to have contact with the person who was alleged to have bullied him or her; if she is satisfied that this commitment has been honoured; if the person concerned was removed from the building on 7 October 2005, and if so, the reasons for same and the circumstances in which it took place; the status of the person and if they continue to be paid; if the person’s general practitioner has certified the person as being fit for work; if the person will be allowed to return to work; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
