275 Deputy Brendan Howlin asked the Minister for Education and Science the reason no progress has been made in relation to the building project sanctioned in respect of a school (details supplied) in County Wexford for which tender documents have been available since November 2007 in view of his statement that 2009 funding for school capital projects could not be fully utilised owing to planning and design delays; if he will ensure that this project progresses to completion without further delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
