PQ 274

274. Deputy Johnny Guirke asked the Minister for Transport the current position on the decision of the CIÉ executive board in 2009 not to grant further increases to CIÉ pensioners, in the absence of a Statutory Instrument, bearing in mind that this decision did not have the signature of the Minister for Transport and it would appear that there was no input from his Department at that time or since; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
