279 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath has not been paid the single farm payment for 2005 and the area aid for 2005 in view of the fact that all relevant information in respect of the land-holding has been sent to her Department; the steps she will take to ensure that this payment which is critical for the ongoing viability of the farm is immediately paid out to this person; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
