Deputy Mick Wallace asked the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation further to his response to Parliamentary Question No. 26 of 26 November 2016, if our ongoing practice of exporting military and dual-use items to Israel and to Saudi Arabia violates the common criteria against which the export of such goods should be assessed, and in particular the provision that requires that the destination country respect human rights and international humanitarian law; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
