348 Deputy Alan Shatter asked the Minister for Education and Science if his attention has been drawn to the fact that as a consequence of the Government failing to implement promises made on the pupil-teacher ratio a school (details supplied) in Dublin 18, will lose a teacher for the academic year commencing in 2008 and instead of a reduction of the pupil-teacher ratio this will mean an increase in the ratio; and if he will take appropriate action to enable the school to retain its current pupil-teacher ratio.
