416 Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Social and Family Affairs the reason payment of a State contributory pension has ceased in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; if payment will be resumed in view of the fact that all PRSI contributions have been paid up-to-date and that an outstanding amount requested by her Department has also been paid; if she will bring about the reason for the refusal so that full pension payments will be resumed.
