Deputy Darren O'Rourke asked the Minister for Transport further to Parliamentary Question No. 312 of 30 September 2025, if new criteria was established in relation to Leap cards; if students studying English language education wish to obtain a Leap card whether they must be enrolled in a course that is a minimum of 16 hours per week; and given the fact that the majority of English language education courses are 15 hours per week if he will consider amending the criteria.
