Deputy Eugene Murphy asked the Minister for Health the reason a person (details supplied) was not permitted access and admittance to the psychiatric unit at Roscommon University Hospital on the date specified in view of the nature of the person's condition and the fact that the person posed a danger to the person and others and was accompanied by a member of An Garda Síochána on the date; if the person will be considered for admittance if the person presents at the psychiatric unit; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
