286 Mr. Kehoe asked the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the person who decides where the general election count is held in any particular constituency; if the public and public representatives are entitled to make representations to that person regarding possible suitable venues; if in the case of a venue being selected that is not suitable, it is possible to overturn this decision; if, in the case of a constituency that takes in two counties there is any reason that the count should not be alternated between the two counties.
