333 Mr. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the origin of the 14 extra summonses served on a person (details supplied) in Dublin 20 in his reply Parliamentary Question No. 580 of 4 July 2006; if these summonses were in respect of alleged offences which took place prior to the court hearing at which the person was deemed to be in contempt of court or at a later date; if the summonses were in retaliation of the pursuit of the case; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
