364 Mr. Quinn asked the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment further to his reply to Parliamentary Question No. 134 of 15 November 2006 and No. 151 of 31 January 2007, if he has reached a decision on staffing levels at the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement; his views on whether an agency that brings funds into the Exchequer far in excess of its annual budget should be refused necessary staffing increases; when he will allocate the additional staff requested by the Director of Corporate Enforcement; if he has requested additional Gardaí to be assigned to the ODCE; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
