Deputy Tom Fleming asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform in respect of homes that have been and are at risk of flooding from the Cullavaw River in Rathmore, County Kerry, if he will make the necessary funding available to protect the homes of these families that are at risk; if officials from the Office of Public Works have investigated the problem on the ground; if he will do everything possible to ensure that the OPW carry out emergency works so as to avoid a further flooding incident; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
