Deputy Albert Dolan asked the Minister for Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation further to evidence given by officials of the Office of Government Procurement before the Committee of Public Accounts (details supplied) on 10 July 2025; the basis upon which these assessments were made; whether the Office of Government Procurement or his Department has completed an assessment, review or analysis of compliance with contract award notice publication requirements since July 2025; whether it maintains statistics on the proportion of procurement competitions that result in a published contract award notice; whether it maintains records of contracting authorities that are compliant or non-compliant with the publication requirement; and if not, the way in which it assesses the extent to which contracting authorities are complying with their obligations and the basis upon which such statements to the committee were made.
